Drop-in Info: What we need to know about sugar

Most of us know that if we eat a diet of junk food with candies, sodas, and pastries, that we’re likely going to gain weight. But what about the sugars found in healthy foods like apples? Is a tablespoon of salad dressing really all that bad? Is all sugar “bad”?
Join us on Friday, May 25th, at 12pm at the back of the store in the Ideal Protein department, where we’ll be discussing what we need to know about sugar, what’s good, bad, and indifferent, and what we can do about it.
Every Friday at 12pm we’ll be hosting a drop-in info session to discuss various nutritional and weight management topics. You’ll also be able to learn more about Ideal Protein if desired.
There’s no obligation to join the program. Simply drop by to ask questions, get information, and enjoy a free sample. It will be more of a Q&A format, and the information provided will be tailored to the individuals who stop by.
Both coaches, Tanya and Pam, will be on site to help you.
